- Appointment and scheduling preferences
- Health, skin, and treatment-related information you share during consultations or intake forms (for example, medical history, allergies, current medications, or areas of concern relevant to a treatment)
- Payment information (see Section 3 — we do not store full card numbers ourselves)
- Photos taken in connection with your treatment, where you've consented to this

Information from third parties:
- If you book, message, or interact with us through Facebook, Instagram, or a similar platform, we may receive information from that platform consistent with your settings there

- Provide the treatments and services you request, and communicate with you about your care
- Process payments and deposits

- Send marketing messages about promotions, new services, or events — only where you've opted in, and always with an easy way to opt out (see Section 6)
- Improve our Site, services, and client experience
- Maintain business records and comply with legal, tax, licensing, and regulatory obligations
- Protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other misuse

Health-related information
Information you share with us about your health, skin condition, medical history, or treatment is used only to provide safe, appropriate care and is handled with the same care and confidentiality expectations as other client health records. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing without your separate, explicit consent. As required under Colorado law, you will also receive a notice identifying our supervising medical director and the terms of that relationship. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information generally and is not a formal HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

Service providers who help us run the practice, including:
- Our scheduling and client-management platform (GoHighLevel)
- Our website host (Wix)
- Payment processors (Stripe, for online payments and card-on-file; our in-person card terminal provider)
- Our email and calendar provider (Google Workspace)
- Our marketing agency, which helps manage advertising and campaigns on our behalf

- Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the safety of clients, staff, or the public.
- Business transfers — if Highline Aesthetics Denver is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.
- With your direction — for example, if you ask us to share records with another provider.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to help us understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our marketing, including ads run on our behalf. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, how you arrived at the Site, and general device/browser information; the Meta Pixel may also be used to show you relevant ads on other platforms and measure how well those ads perform.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and many browsers let you block or delete cookies. We provide a cookie notice/banner on the Site consistent with applicable law, allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

6. Text Messages and Email Marketing
If you provide your phone number or email and opt in to receive messages from us, we may send appointment reminders, confirmations, and — if you've separately opted in to marketing — promotional messages.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies.
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of essential appointment-related communications unless you tell us otherwise.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal and health-related information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accurate business and treatment records, meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including working with providers who support encryption and access controls for sensitive data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our Site is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.

10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us at hello@highlineaestheticsdenver.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
